Sabungero: Dangal at Tibay stars Joel Torre as Paco, a working-class man who ventures into sabong -- the sport of cockfighting that eventually gets him hooked. The film also casts a solid ensemble of actors – boasting experience and pure talent. Ricky Davao, Robert Arevalo, Maritoni Fernandez, and Leo Martinez all topbill this honest look at a major Filipino subculture called sabong.
